Priming Done And Grey Paint Drying
I managed to get the entire outside stained in the same Amherst Grey color from our house peaks. I had run out of the Chelsea Grey and didn’t want to purchase more paint. So my original thought was paint the front and back with the Amherst and leave the sides in Chelsea. But once the primer dripped on the sides I prayed I would have enough of the Amherst to finish and I did. So yeah! Once it’s dry I’ll do the white trims.
Taking a brief break and I’ll head out to paint all the window interiors Wythe Blue if it doesn’t look hideous after I do one. If I have enough paint I’ll consider painting the door interior that color too. But I doubt I have enough as I only have a small quart container that’s mostly empty. We will see.
The very last thing I’ll do is touch up the floor and stain the step deck. I’m still debating about putting the cedar wood lengthwise across the decking to give it stability. I just hate to waste cedar.
